Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, at Sevital Nutrition AB, we offer a 100-day return policy from the date you receive your order, so you can feel confident in your purchase, provided the product’s packaging remains unopened for hygiene reasons.

The product must be in its original condition and include all original parts ( packaging, accessories, etc.) when returned. The product must be in saleable condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened dietary supplements.

If you do not have a return shipping label or packing slip, please contact our customer service and we will assist you. Sevital Nutrition AB is not responsible for returns sent without our return shipping label. We do not reimburse return shipping costs if you choose not to use our shipping label.

Refund

After we have received your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase. It normally takes between 2–5 business days for the funds to be refunded.
